• Account Information: Name, email address, company details, and license keys.
• Business Data: Invoices, inventory, ledgers, employee records, and CRM leads entered into the system.
• Authentication Data: Cryptographic public keys for biometric login (WebAuthn). Note: We never collect or store your actual fingerprint or face scan data. This remains securely encrypted on your physical device.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used for the operation of the WGS Billing software:

• To authenticate your login and secure your account.
• To process financial calculations, GST, and payroll.
• To provide automated backups and data restoration capabilities.
• To send system alerts (e.g., budget limits) to your registered email.

3. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

WGS Billing Enterprise utilizes a strict multi-tenant architecture. This means data belonging to one company is cryptographically and logically isolated from any other company on the same server. Your data cannot bleed into or be accessed by unauthorized tenants.

4. Security Measures

We implement bank-level security measures to protect your data:

• Biometric Security: Support for Face ID, Touch ID, and hardware tokens using standard WebAuthn APIs.
• Data Encryption: Passwords and mPINs are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt.
• Automated Backups: Secure SQL backups generated upon administrator request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your business data to third parties. Data is only processed internally to deliver the functionality of the WGS Billing application.

6. Your Rights

As an administrator, you maintain full control over your data. You may export your entire database locally via the Backup module and request complete account deletion by contacting support.
