Terms of Service

Welcome to WGS Billing Enterprise. By accessing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Software License & Access

WGS Billing Enterprise is licensed, not sold. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use the software strictly in accordance with your valid License Key and subscription tier.

• You may not distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the source code.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, mPIN, and biometric devices secure.
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel of your company (Admin, Partner, HR, Accountant).

2. App Security & Biometrics

To enhance security, our platform supports biometric authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint) and mPINs for mobile devices. By opting into these features, you acknowledge:

• Biometric data is securely processed by your device's native hardware. We do not transmit or store your fingerprint or face data on our servers.
• If you lose your device or forget your mPIN, your administrator must reset your access.
• You are responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals have biometric profiles registered on devices used to access the software.

3. Multi-Tenant Responsibilities

If you operate as a Super Admin utilizing the multi-tenant architecture to host multiple companies:

• You must ensure you have the legal right to process the financial data of those sub-companies.
• You are responsible for assigning correct roles and permissions to prevent unauthorized access between tenant accounts.

4. Data Accuracy & Taxation

While WGS Billing automates GST calculations, double-entry ledgers, and payroll:

• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all invoices, tax returns, and financial reports before submitting them to any government authority.
• WGS Billing Enterprise does not provide legal or financial advice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the software immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service (e.g., using fraudulent license keys or attempting to compromise the security of other tenants).
